This. I would like to know if any Xbox, Switch or STEAM users are having the same problem because they bought the Sadako Rising chapter on their platforms store. Or if it seems to be only exclusive to PlayStation chapter buyers?

Judging from everyone getting the Cursed Tape intro and Wrathful Well charm for free on other platforms and only on PlayStation if you either didn't buy the Chapter or bought the character(s) using Auric Cells, I'd say something has went wrong in regards to how the charm gets distributed. PS5 I've encountered this against a Wraith uncloaked his music didn't play at all but I'd always hear the heartbeat. A friend on PS4 said he also encountered this against a Pig. He only heard the heartbeat when she was not crouched and no music.

Yeah, my friends tried that challenge today and didn't get it until one of them eventually let the animation fully playout without moving or cancelling it in any way. That's the way to get it right now, like some of the posters here have already said as well. Good luck getting your challenge OP!
