For weeks I've started with 2 indoor maps. Then, once I get Autohaven or MacMillan, that's the only two realms I'll get unless someone burns an offering. Last month I think all I got was indoors or swamp.

I use the Did you have fun feature every game. I also give props to killers I felt were pretty amazing. Idk if either works but I do it anyway because maybe it does

The bushes on Haddonfield that are solid and blocking the opening. Idk why but I did it multiple times before I stopped. Got turned around on Midwich and couldn't find the exit. Ran around forever until Clown caught and mori'd me. Was drinking and having a good time, Michael stopped right next to me and stared. "Why is he…

I find some days are Killers days some days are Survivor days. Whichever one I play if I find I'm having a hard time, I simply switch. It's am ebb and flow. At least in my experience. If you don't have fun on either side, take a break and play something you can have fun with 😊

Does the key show in post game of you actually use it to escape? I thought the key disappeared if you used it to unlock the hatch.
-
It is from observation, but 80-90% doesn't sound like observation but more like someone who hates DS. Which is absolutely fine, but not really objective. Thanks for your input nonetheless.
-
Now that seems much more reasonable. I also see quite a few killers who don't play like everyone has DS, hence the post because I'm not in red ranks, I'm green/purple and I rarely see it or killers playing around it. I have seen in red ranks if there is no obsession, they seem to go really hard because they know there is…

I agree it is not as simple as pressure gens more. Low mobility killers can traverse the map and check every gen and not find anyone until 2 gens already pop. That's in certain ranks, where the survivors actually hop on gens straightaway and they are all on different ones. If they have anything to speed up gen progress…

DS is used by 80-90% of players? That seems awfully high to me. What makes you say this? I'm curious.
-
Again, guys, this of course is from my experience and there will be differing experiences. I'm asking is it the Majority? I honestly don't know how many non red ranks respond in these forums, but the posts about these meta perks seem to mostly come from Red ranks. Which aligns with my experience. Just curious is all.
-
If it isn't that good in your opinion, why is it run so often? Often enough it gets numerous complaint posts. I'm sure you're still an amazing killer without these perks, so why don't more Killers do what you do?
-
But if they use them to get to red ranks, shouldn't you see them more in at least green & purple? I'm legitimately always shocked when someone dead hards, DS's, UB or even BT. I can attest to this because I think I've been saved with BT maybe a handful of times or seen someone get up from dying state.
-
I mean obviously there's a chance all depending on who you own and have perks unlocked on. I would think purple would be close to red ranks, seeing them more than just occasionally, but it is severely prevalent in red ranks.

The Game and Midwich are my least favorites. Swamp after those. I really like Coldwind and Crotus Penn maps
-
Until I actually read the post, I honestly thought this was going to be a gripe about how much Swamp map is coming up in "RNG" this week 😆 I mean there are a lot of broken things in this game but just because one seems less significant than another, doesn't mean it isn't an issue. 😕

How long did you go between Dc's? I always assumed if you happened to DC a couple of times whether by your own hand or a reason out of your control, after a while it would reset. Meaning if you Dc'd a couple times on Monday, by the following Monday you would be back to the 5 minute ban time. I don't DC often (normally a…

There is no instance where giving hatch or giving downs should be expected. That being said, I wish I had more killers like the ones in this thread. Matches where someone Dc's the killer goes all out just to compensate for the points lost to the DC. One of my least favorite things is being carried to the hatch, dropped,…

I have played mostly survivor but I have recently been playing killer to get challenges and daily rituals done. Since I have played survivor I know a lot of the toxic things they do. I avoid the exit gates when I know they are just standing there looking back waiting to tbag, click flashlights etc. I don't need those last…
-
I am going to be honest, at first I felt like "c'mon dude give me a break" then eventually I came to realize that hey, the killers only job is to stop you from repairing gens and KILLING you. Killer. Just as the survivors job is to repair gens and cleanse totems. It is each sides objectives. We shouldn't be mad at either…
-
Had similar experience myself. The killers hook one person and camp. If you try and unhook and take a hit (no BT) they will do anything to get both survivors and then hook one right next to the other and patrol, never leaving to find anyone else. As for the survivors, mixed bag of only doing gens or just running around the…

I would say you only help yourself by watching others. Things you would never know or maybe understand can be learned from watching. As someone who has watched A WHOLE HELL OF A LOT of content, it made it easier to understand what was happening and what I needed to do. As for watching for playstyle? I never took that away…

So. Many. Feng Min.(usually bunny.) Claudette a close second. Then Dwight. Mostly Huntress. Spirit is a close second. Then Wraith and Trapper tie for 3rd. I wish I saw some variety with the survivors, it's always the same for the most part.
-
EdgarAlanBro hands down my favorite. I laugh almost the whole stream. Yeah he can be over the top for some people, but watching him play Wraith and just bing bonging the entire game and still getting a 4k is entertainment to me.
-
How is camping a hook end game toxic or make you a bad killer? I don't understand. Aren't you just securing the guaranteed kill? Why would you chase and run the chance of getting no one at all? I'm new so maybe my lack of game time is why I don't understand.
-
I'm sorry it's like that and I don't really care if I pip or rank or whatever. Its a game and I just want to have a good time. I'm not looking to ruin anyone else's. I'm competitive but if it gets to the point where I'm playing like I think I'm trying to go pro (lol) it's time for me to switch games. Real life is…

I play SWF just because it's more fun than solo and dying on first hook a lot. Tbh, I wish my friends and I were as coordinated as some of these posts seems to suggest all SWF are because we mostly just screw up and laugh about it. xD My point is not all SWF are looking to give you a bad experience or are sweaty. Keep that…
