Why not instead make it so that it's whenever you are sprinting like deep wounds so that it can not be abused by killers

I had a suggestion similar to this, when you prestige a character you get their 3 teachable perks on all characters and the tier of the perk depends on what prestige. Honestly pretty good suggestions, might want to change Berus Toxin though because for a common it is stupid good

Yeah I would really like some devotion rewards even if its just a small shard increase. We'll just have to wait and see what the devs add for the prestige reward, I just want this change because it gives you a reason to prestige and it makes grinding way easier in the long run.

This is what I mean, on all other characters the 3 unique perks will be automatically added instead of having to get them from the bloodweb.
