To be fair this double standard isn't new. During the period the wake up bug was active the game became unplayable and they still decided that there would be no consequences for abusing it

Personally i would prefer mr X but with lore taken into account i think springtrap fits way better and could easily be tied in with his death being when the entity took him and such. mr X is cool and my dream killer but he wouldn't fit lore wise in my oppinion

Honestly i think it should stay as it is, not every perk needs to be meta or viable i think its healthy to have a good mix of meta and niche build perks.
