I've been having the same issue as well. It's more tolerable on killer but when I play survivor my game becomes nigh impossible to play after a few consecutive matches and I have to stop. It gets worse depending on the killer too, Pinhead and Artist just absolutely destroy my game now which is a huge bummer.

I've been having the exact same thing happen since the new patch. It happens to me almost every game I play on Nostromo, haven't had any luck working around it unfortunately.

This happened to me the other day while playing Dredge, had a bunch of survivors tell me they couldn't see me half the game. It seems like it has something to do with teleporting during nightfall.
