1) I dont think any perks has got an unnecessary nerf recently, not that i can think about... 2) Left behind. It never feels useful 3) Monstrous Shrine. It doesn't really help, and i never see it get run 4) Urban Evasion, right now. Its just so nice to go around fast, while staying hidden
