They could. as you said, this is a niche perk. bhvr could go havire on it and nobody would care, it will never become meta. which is the reason why i actually wondered how a BUG FIX made this perk worse.

originaly it silenced all footsteps, which to be fair was considered a bug. now it only silences running. -Patch 7.2.1 That was the better version and a fix was not necesseri in my opinion.

They should revert the entire thing and even bring back the med kit bonus. Because if you can use a just semi item and one or two perks to actually heal yourself effectively MID-LOOP, than it's not the Perk that's the problem. It's the loop.

If I take my time and look at every aspect of, it looked more like a garden with a big building in the middle of it than a run down facility. What about disturbed ward? As far as I under stood it, it was supposed to be a run down massive complex with only the ward standing now. When you look at the map Ingame, it's just that building, random walls and vive versa. The new loop spots with the floor was good, but the rest just wasn't anything new.

I like that too, actually. That pallets just always makes me cringe when I run near them. Don't lean it against the car, it will scratch the paint like hell.

In this game, this walls are mandatory for survs to stand a chance in chases, and to not go down instantly. But all this design choices are outdated as hell and are forced onto any new map. Basicly no, because anytime we get something remotely stronger than survs in this "asymmetrical" horror game, it gets nerfed into the ground as soon as all those little Surv mains realize they just actually have to have skill.

But if you a casual gamer like me, to good for normal but to bad for pros, you end up either inbetween 9 and 8 were every game is ######### or if you put just a bit pressure into it you end up in red. I don't think I have to tell anybody how stupidly bullshit red ranks were.

There are 2 types of nurses. Pro nurses, who down you in 2 seconds and casual nurses. While the former is no fun at all, the later is very much fun because it is a constant game of who can outpredict who better, with lots of good tricks and chases and stuff.
