Okay so after years I have found the solution to this issue. A true fix that doesn't make you have to change you entire PC UI scale. Open NVIDIA control panel Display Adjust desktop size and position Apply the following settings No Scaling (alternative option) Aspect ration Preform scaling on: GPU
