  • It happened to me too(3 times), on Dwight and only when it was from a chest. Otherwise it works. I would've posted a recording of it but .mp4 termination is "not allowed".

  • Yeah it happens on dwight, it happened to me 3 times but it seems as though it only happens with flashlights in chests, but when I brought one from the bloodweb, it worked normally.
