I mean honestly I would be fine if they reduce the healing slowdown by 10% but add 6 meters to the terror radius so it reaches from a longer distance. That could also work but I wonder if it would need a cooldown in order to not continuously apply the effect. Like the killer leaves, the 12secs expires, then the killer returns and there's another 12 secs - could potentially be eternal lol.
