I've seen plenty of times where it was barely a 25% bonus to killer or survivor... and also times where there was no bonus at all. The more you play that role with the bonus, the lower the bonus gets is what I've noticed.

Pyramid head has veen able to do the same thing and it's perfect fine. Don't unhook people in front of the killer. If he camps, run reassurance or do generators.

Unless a survivor is about to turn a corner, don't charge your demon strike for too long, as it will give the survivor more time to either juke you or run to a safe spot.
