Came here to see if anyone else had reported this. Just faced a skill check Doctor with Merciless Storm twice and noticed the generators regressing to 0 way too fast, then I tested standing next to it and watched it immediately regress to 0% when I missed the skill check. This needs to be kill switched again NOW.
