Explain how regression is fun. I am a killer main btw. It makes winning easier for sure but winning is pleasant not fun. I play both sides I very rarely see killers give up, even when they are in a bad state (no hooks, lot of gens done). Same with farming, maybe in low MMR it happens ? I don’t see it anymore. I chase the other 3 without killing them. At the end, when it’s clear I won I let them repair all gens and escape. The reason is that I don’t want to increase my MMR because someone suicide.

Blood Warden is trash. Finishing gens is normal gameplay, this perk gives free passive value without doing anything special. Also if you need a perk to counter it then it’s bad design.

There is no comparaison with eruption that’s absurd. Eruption could be applied an infinite number of time. DMS is only after a hook. Also blocking a gen is nowhere as strong as incapacitated status.

The closest thing would be refusing to be playing the game and asking to die but in this case I make sure they stay with me until the end, complete the 5 gens and die to my rancor.

I do play DBD for fun but also acknowledge that the reason survivors don’t escape is because they don’t really try. Throwers make the game easy mode for killers, not because the game itself is balanced that way.
