Deceive Inc. devs broke Steam Deck compatibility last patch. It got fixed the next day. There is no excuse for BHVR to prolong this for almost 2 years. Edit: Both games use Easy Anticheat, FYI

Probably because MYM devs are not the same as DBDs. Even if they are owned by the same company, completely different teams can be assigned to different game projects. As we all know, historically DBDs devs were always out of touch with the community, making game changing updates only by following their own "stats" and…

Can confirm, the game loads up and you can do everything except playing a match. The tutorial works fine with impeccable performance. In the next patch we will be able to play against survivor bots, since no EAC is required. Pog??

You made my day

The funny thing is not that Hooked on you works on Linux (since it's a singleplayer game with no anti cheat), is that other online games with EAC work PERFECTLY. They have absolutely no reason to take all this time, but hey, we're talking about devs that take their time with practically every aspect of the game and when…

I think the game will be playable on Steam Deck this summer 2026, but I'm an optimist

Unfortunately BHVR is very slow on anything they do regarding DBD. Updates, fixes, events, answers to the community and even harassment towards their content creators. If they take time with matters like these, imagine something """less important"""" like Linux Gaming.

@nikodemo The VHS beta is already playable on Deck and on Linux Desktop with out of the box excellent performance.

Completely support this. Please Behaviour, make DBD on linux a reality! Just one click away.

I'm not going to play or buy the rift until they add the option to turn off antialiasing. There are no advantages to this, except good looking hair. The game looks objectively worse, soapy and runs much MUCH worse. Please fix

THIS! Linux support, please? <3 Thank you <3
