My main issue isn't with Legion's changes. it's with the deep wound changes. It's gonna really screw anyone going against borrowed time now, the timer stops when you're in the terror radius so if you're looking for someone who's bleeding out and they happen to be stealthy enough (or a claudette standing in plain sight)…
