Captured a video of the problem. As you can see, however much I move around my mouse, I can't get the third survivor's name to light up to click it, and the hitboxes for the other survivors are weird as well. https://imgur.com/a/DuJtzqY

Would like to report that this bug still exists. Can't use crows on the side where there's a pallet between two vans.

In what way couldn't you pick the survivor up? Was there never any prompt to pick up? Did you open the locker instead of picking up? Did you try turning your back to the locker when picking up?
