If you camp, you are going to get genrushed (if the survivors have a quarter of their brain active). There's no point in trying to save a camped survivor. A good way to counter DH its to run a mind game on the survivor. Get close to him, make him nervous to the point he desperately uses it. Then, it's just an easy down. And, tbh, there are way better Exhaustion perks out there, like Lithe, Head On or Sprint Burst

IMO, killers actually need more buffs than nerfs. Thing is, you are not supposed to cry if you get sacrificed. The whole game goes around that idea.
