Noticed the same. Before the update my GPU was on max 70% while running DBD, now it's on 100% if I don't cap the game down to 30 FPS on high graphics. Tried the game on my partners PC with a Nvidia GPU from this year and DBD needs more power than some AAA games.

Yeah, noticed the same. And DBD suddenly needs a lot more GPU power than before, at least for me.
