Your Never Leaving perk seems like it has a high counter for it. Most likely, survivors will be put into the dying state 3 times, once for each time it takes to kill them on the hook. I don't think another exposed status effect perk is what the game needs considering killers with instant down abilities or add-ons along with perks that do that too such as NOED or Make Your Choice. I do play a lot of this game. Currently, I just reached survivor rank 3 for this season and I do consider myself pretty good at the game in that I can usually predict the movements of the killer since most have BBQ and Chili or some other aura reading ability that mess with survivors. And my killer skills aren't too bad…
