Dead by Daylight should no longer be affected by an outage. Players logging into the game between September 26 3PM ET and September 28th 3PM ET will receive 1M Bloodpoints as compensation.

I have the same issue. I tried to clear cache on Xbox one X, I am paying Ultimate subscribtion. There is that error profile state change. My gamer tag for Xbox is Pekarnica. I don't have #. My friend has the same issue, his gamer tag is WhiteDeath#1272
