I just put things together just draw on that default "Paint" app almost every computer has.

Yeah I guess your right, I ended up doing this one today. Perk - Time to Float Chest and Generator noise radius is increased by 6 Meters. When holding a Survivor your Carrying speed is increased by 9% (Max) and Blindness duration is decreased by 40% (Max) for 10 seconds. Pennywise - "Don't you want it? Don't you want it?"
