I encountered a similar issue, so instead of creating a new thread I will add my info: Step 1 : Boot the game Step 2 : Play as Legion in a public match with "Iridescent Button" Step 3 : Chase survivor until they drop pallet Step 4 : Inmediatly Activate Feral Frenzy and Vault Pallet --> It didn't break, survivor nor killer…

Just as I finished posting this I found an explanation that explained that "withnessing" means the survivor has to be looking at you as you manifest. Maybe this could be a bit more clear in the addon description, so that not another thread like this is created(?)
