I'm not frustrated just confused tbh. I only posted that because a decent amount of hours went by and we didn't receive a single update on the matter. I wasn't trying to be mean or anything lol

Literally.. There are players who received 6k shards that don't even own Bubba..

is that for the Rift pass bug or for the players who haven't received their 6k shards?

You should try contacting @MandyTalk they are willing to help with this matter, that's what I did. Waiting for a response now

Could you also private message me please? It's been 30+ hours since that post was uploaded and still haven't received mine. I tried submitting a ticket and devs got to me saying everyone got the compensation. I've played bubba quite a few times before 11AM yesterday. Thanks in advance
