I hope so too, because I could understand if the survivors hit a point of not being able to be stalked but it would regress over time. Not being able to build tier 3 for a remainder of match seems a little much.

That the difficulty rating that is shown on the character is not always accurate. There are some that say they are difficult to play but you will find easy to play.
