1. Richtig nur Gens mit Fortschritt sind betroffen, aber der Perl geht auch in den cooldown, wenn kein anderer Gen Fortschritt hat. 2. Die Gens gehen nach Aktivierung von Ausbruch zurück, es sei denn ein survivor hat am Gen gearbeitet, als du jemanden gedowned hast.

Damn,ure so negative,Most people you meet are Kind. Of course there Always some idiots,but, from my Personal experience, the majority of people you will meet in this Game are great.
