I might have figured it out. I finally broke down and called my internet provider and they told me that I had almost 100 ports in my port forwarding tab. They recommended deleting them. After I did this it finally worked. We have been trying everything. DMZ, firewall, port forwarding, wired vs wireless connection, etc.…
