He's from the first Silent Hill movie. But, simply put, no. Why would they make 2 Silent Hill chapters, and even if they did, why would they add one of the lesser known monsters from the series?

I seriously agree. I play both sides, mostly killer because I get lobbies so fast, and the difference in difficulty is insane with this event. I got every killer crown in one day. Last night I just hit roughly half the survivors. Chalk it up to me being bad at survivor maybe idk, but its a weird choice.

I’ve been playing him non stop since his release, and he’s easily one of the most fun killers in the game. He’s strong in just about every aspect, minus the most important one, which is map control.
