Honestly this new Hellraiser killer is the king of annoying. His main ability is slowing you and halting progress. What's worse is with the right perk set up you can basically stop survivors from even trying to fix generators. Overall I wouldn't call him S teir, but definitely annoying.

To put my opinion into perspective one of my favorite maps is the suburb Halloween map. I love the multiple buildings and floors, it makes for interesting chases that don't just feel like your running forever, or have nowhere to go.

You're right about that, more like intermediate to high skill. That's my biggest problem though, high skill players don't give you any room to breath, and unless you have sprint burst or get a map with a lot of stuff to break vision he will destroy you. I personally like maps with a fair amount of stuff to break aggression…
