Not "never" but with those add-ons, it stays up for like 2 minutes with a 100% increased infection rate so it's pretty nasty and rarely falls off if you're paying attention

I get a shocking amount of dcs when I run plague's meme build - green puke only infects objects + increased object infection duration. I guess nobody likes fixing gens with vomit all over it and never fades?
