Franklins really depends, if I see survivors each holding an item I'm bringing franklins 100% but if it's just 1 survivor with a toolbox or medkit I'll pick something else

Her add-ons are comparable to hillbilly and cannibal, they don't change the power at all really, just adds extra effectiveness to the power

50% / 75% / 100% XP bonus offerings perhaps? Similar to the bloodpoints offerings.
