Perhaps it’s just me but the only discernible difference I noticed was playing killers I had a very high skill level with seemed to pair me with newer survivors with little to no skill. When I switched to killers I very rarely played I was paired with the elite swf crews. Definitely doesn’t seem to have worked as intended…
