Boon perks are practically useless and way too inconsistent for them to be worth a perk slot and having to reapply it every time you get injured when similar perks require little to no activation to use just makes this perk unappealing. I agree with the Inner Focus change being inconsistent, originally I had it only activate when you're death hook but didn't like the idea, so I agree it probably needs a different activation method.
