This just happened to me as well. Playing on PS4; map was Torment Creek. Got grabbed off the first box with the bar full (on my end, at least), and the jigsaw doll laughed as I was being carried away. Searched the other three boxes, didn't get a key, couldn't try searching the first one again. No aura on the box, no prompt…
