Xbox One and new PC player here. I've not encountered these frame rate problems or others issues people are having on either platform. I like the map though. It looks quite awesome and eerie.

I find Legion quite enjoyable, since Survivors are at threat of being chased over their pallets and windows, but it's all a matter of preference. They're all good in their own ways though.
