If they made the meta perks (self-care, decisive strike, sprint burst, etc.) rarer than other perks, then I would be fine with it. As it stands, it makes it so I get meta perks pretty early on, and I rarely get the perks that no one uses. So, yeah, it is pretty useless as is.

Whoever they have moderating the forums needs shut down bait posts and obvious trolls. Almost every thread on the Steam forums were obvious bait, yet people would feed and feed. I would like to have some actual discussion on the game that doesn't involve insults.
