I agree with you that it shouldn't be a more free unhook but it would be fair that he don't see the cage bc survivor perk that meant to "counter tunnelling" like Ds and Bt are cancelled when caged. Ds and Bt can be used and he can see the aura of cages or Ds and Bt can't be used and he can't see the aura of cages.

I miss old ruin, it would be in my games like every match and now I rarely see it. I'm 50/50 on the new ruin, I want old ruin back because old ruin had more of an affect to the match but also want new ruin to stay

I am a survivor main and i feel gen speed is way too quick even with 2 people with no speed increase and stuff. 1 person feel about right but 2 ( Idk how it is with 3 or 4 but it must be quicker) is light speed

I sometimes use urban evasion. (back then when I main Nea so it was always in perk slot) I use it with a flash light, Sprint burst, iron will, and DS. I use it as a get away build but I say it kinda op on the new oni map of your wearing dark clothes.
