Yup, same issue aswell. Xbox - linked twitch to my DBD and had previous drops work as usual, got the 2nd and 3rd twitch drops but not the first? Hopefully this issue get's resolved soon.

Hopefully, BHVR are aware of this issue as it seems it could be a huge flaw/risk. It's annoying that the icons are turned into placeholder ones on Twitch and I cannot re-connect them for the life of me? I don't know if that's a Twitch or BHVR issue... but the strange login needs to be looked at for sure!

Also have this issue, did you by chance get your Twitch Drop rewards in-game? before or after the Twitch icons changed/The weird BHVR employee login? Honestly not surprised at this point.

For me it seemed to count by using Made for this (the new survivor perk), but running Off the record or Mettle or Man should also count ideally.

I had that happen to me when I attempted Adept Singularity, have you restarted your console? (If you're console). It eventually popped for me after I restarted my console then played normal killer matches.

Found that achievement annoying as well, but I found a way to cheese it. Basically just play Clown, and use his speedy yellow bottles and throw them at any unhookers, this will give them haste and enough time for you to hit them. Used this and got the achievement first try

This was also happening to me whenever I played survivor, though sometimes I'd get the wiggle bar permanently stuck on my screen when hooked/unhooked... only seemed to go away when I was downed again.

Found a way to cheese that achievement, by playing Clown and using the speedy yellow gas bottles on survivors that are trying to unhook. Got it first try.

By any chance how did you get the 'A Fast Death' achievement? currently stuck on this one and slightly confused?

I blessed two HEX:Ruins' even with the Cursed status effect on HUD it didn't count.
