While this may be true, players were also more inclined to give the last survivor hatch since they had to pick up a survivor anyway. Now it's just more convenient to mori and end the match.

It's obvious why it's happening.. The chances of survivors having Unbreakable are very slim right now, so they are free to slug as much as they want, knowing no one will be able to self pickup.

Personally, if it deactivates when the exit gates open, I dont think it should have a timer at all. Like you can only use it at max twice per game.
