it happens to me on killer too, does anybody know how to fix?

I was in another normal game, and then the games servers go down, now I'm banned for 72 HOURS, IM TRYING TO DO THE RIFT CHALLENGES AND NOW IM BANNED FOR 3 DAYS. there goes the 10 bucks I spent trying to do the rift, now I'm literally not gonna be able to get ANYTHING FROM IT IF THIS KEEPS UP.…
