I wish they fixed it, I guess they won't fix it during this event so I'm missing out on all them flashlights and medkits with my P100 Nancy..

Same thing happens to me sadly. Please fix this asap because I'm missing out on loads of halloween flashlights and medkits on my main.

I also had this happened today 4 times. I had dead hard, prove thyself, iron will and kindred. I was unhooked and didn't get endurance, but this didn't happen in all of my matches today. I didn't even have the endurance status effect symbol on my screen, only haste.
