Yep that’s been happening on a ton of peoples accounts and out of the several posted only one says acknowledged and I counted 5 more posted about it today . A lot of people aren’t too happy .

There’s also a crazy bug in the survivor tutorial a lot of people are posting about it in the bug forum (upwards of 10+ post) apparently it’s been going on for a while. Even stops others from playing at all because it will not allow you to unlock any killers even if you paid extra for them .

This is happening on switch but was not able to skip and play without it it keeps all the characters locked until the tutorial is complete even the one I’ve spent money on.

Upvoting as same is happening on switch. There are multiple threads on this and This has been going on for over a week and does not allow new players to play at all. It not being fixed at this point is unacceptable and makes the game a waste of money.

Having the same exact issue but on Nintendo switch . Cant unlock any killers even the ones purchased until the tutorial is completed. Do they normally take a long time to patch? I just bought it and regretting it.

This is happening on switch too and will not allow new players to actually play because when you skip the tutorial no killers are unlocked (not even the ones purchased)
