I used to use Plaything, Pentimento, Thana and Third Seal. The main goal was to get Third Seal on everyone and keep it on. The other 3 perks were just to make it hard to figure out which one was my Third Seal and offer it a bit of protection.

I agree it didn't need a buff at all. But it didn't need this nerf either. This is very drastic. There are other gen slowdown and regression perks though. But I really liked it for totem builds. When I use a totem I actually like to get some use out of it and Thana helped with that a lot.

One thing that is being missed is the slowdown on totem cleansing. Totems get destroyed so easily and often and there are very few ways to protect them. Pretty much, Undying, Thrill of the Hunt and Thana. That's it. So this change really hurts totem builds.

This I think is a fair solution and makes much more sense than what they have decided upon.

It's not a bad idea and I have considered it because 60 seconds of broken does add value to Thana.

Even on Legion it's going to be mostly useless. It's really only effective at 4 stacks. One person heals or holds w long enough and you can't injure them and it is a wasted perk. 6% slow at 3 people injured is not worth a perk slot. They should not have buffed Thana. It didn't need it. Personally I am loving the new patch. I reinstalled the game for the first time in two months. Some of my favorite killer perks got nerfed but I adjusted. I don't play Piggy but I play a little Trapper and Myers and I play a lot of Legion. Trickster is easily worse than they are. His power isn't that strong, like Trapper strong but with 110% speed. He's Slow AND weak. Just making him full speed killer would be enough of a fix.

I'm beginning to think that Trickster is just not viable for me. I want him to either be faster or for his knives to drop people sooner. He feels just too weak for me to play.

I have spent so many blood points trying to get Monitor and Abuse but it's refusing to come up. I got the lowest level on him and haven't seen it since.

Dowsey has Legion listed as one of the worst killers in the game and has Trickster labelled a solid C tier killer. I now believe that missing more than a few crayons out of the box and wouldn't trust anything he said after that.

I think I am going to really need Monitor and Pop on him. I have Thrilling but I feel like I need really strong on perks on him to have a chance and i don't have them yet.

I like Coulrophobia as it is. Very underrated perk.

Sometimes you dislike one survivor more and want to make sure THAT ONE doesn't get out alive.

I got Badham 3 times in a row the other day. That is 3 times too many for me. I dc's on the last one and did something else. You do need bloodlust on the new MacMillan maps. RNG sometimes spawns some ridiculously strong window loops.

I tunnel hard all the time. It's more efficient to get someone out early than it is to just try to hook all of them one by one. Find the weak one and tunnel them into oblivion.

Oh, I'm deliberately boycotting this weekend. And I never play survivor ever but today I played some matches and got some rift challenges done. I'll play killer again tomorrow after the test is over.

Oh I know it hasn't been good but I have heard from other people that the queues have been a bit worse this weekend. It will be better, not great but slightly better after the experiment.

Once bloodlust is back you should see a few more killers and a shorter queue.

You really have to get kills to rank up. I have had games where I had a 4k in hand but decided to be nice and give the last player the hatch and I didn't pip. I feel like I was being punished for being nice.

I tunnel MORE because of DS. I assume everyone has it and tunnel them extra hard to force them to use it early. If you have it I want you to use it at 5 gens or 3 gens and not at end game. And once you use it and don't haver that crutch anymore I'm going to tunnel you out of the game. I play meaner to compensate.

I did. I'm planning on playing survivor for the first time today, Might as well get some survivor challenges done while killers are nerfed.

The funny thing to me is that Doctor is so weak in certain areas. No mobility like Nurse or Hag or Billy. No 1 shot down ability like Billy or Bubba or Oni. No range like Huntress or Slinger. For all the things they can do they are still an m1 killer with normal speed.

I don't play survivor so I didn't know that was a thing. And it seems kind of terrible.

Rank. If you want to rank up or maintain a high rank you need kills. I don't even give hatch anymore because it can make the difference between my pipping or my safety pipping. I can't afford to be nice, fool around or have mercy. I am punished too much.

Not bad suggestions but DS needs to be tuned somehow.

60 seconds is way too long. I just try to tunnel survivors harder earlier in the game and force them to use it. The sooner they use it up the better.

Ebony mori's are way too common. I never use them myself but I always have more of those than the green ones. I can see more killers using them though because of DS.

Actually I get more 4k's than 4 escapes. I usually tunnel more because of DS to get it out of the way earlier. I try harder now to make them waste their DS in the early game so they have nothing left when I kill them. If DS wasn't an issue in the end game I could take it easier on them.

DS gives a survivor too much time for other things as well. You can get off a hook, get healed, help complete a gen and still have time left to give a killer a good stabbing. This game is actually more toxic than League of Legends. I had a survivor be extremely toxic to me in chat and bragged about being so toxic that they were banned from League of Legends. It's not a good sign that a game is more toxic than League.

Doctor is a lot stronger than Legion. Those are the two killers I play the most and I play them in red ranks. Doctor is not a weak killer at all. Legion is much harder to play. It's possible to win and win big but not enjoy it because it doesn't feel fun. DS in particular is annoying.

Shadowborn is like Bamboozle for me. A perk I really, really like but I don't have room for in my build. If I had 5 or 6 perk slots then yes it is a done deal. As it is I need slowdown, I need chase and maybe a tracking perk. No room for Shadowborn. Honestly it should be the default FOV.

And I disagree. If all gens pop and game is basically over and you get caught you deserved it. I'm fine with teammates going in for the rescue but it should still be a risk. For the most part I am having fun as killer. I hate that even with Undying my totems get popped instantly because of incredibly crappy spawn spots. The way the game is set up tunneling is a very viable strat, sometimes necessary to get a win. As Killer you are in a race to kill survivors before they finish the gens and get out. Honestly the games I tried Ruin and Undying both got cleansed so early that I don't even bother. I'm still wasting perk slots on perks tjat don't last until the mid game even. Just do more bones and the killer is screwed. Bring Detectives Hunch or a map and you are good.

I'm a red rank killer and kicking gens just doesn't buy you that much time. I still do it more often than a lot of killer players but the regression rate on it is pretty miniscule.

Recently I played a game as Doctor on Midwich. First time I used Static Blast someone DC'd. Everyone else DC'd before the first hook. Game was under 2 minutes. And then in end game chat I was told "my brain is leaking" by one and "######### #########" by another. That video is up on youtube now.

Yes, the survivors don't get any points for unhooking and no bonus points for all 4 getting out so they have no incentive to go back for a friend. Which is not how players normally play. To rank up as killer you need to get kills. You can get Iridescent in 3 categories and still not pip if you don't get kills.
