Also ran into this bug: Pretty sure you're right that only Alert seems to be affected. Eyes of Belmont is extending the duration of its own aura reading effect as intended

Ran into the same thing, here's a video: https://youtu.be/YllFCJ8R2yw

Nah this is just how balance changes are made. I feel like people might forget that because balance changes come sooooo slowly in dbd. A perk is too weak? Buff it. It's too strong now? Bring it down a little. That's very typical, and the changes I'd expect are very very low effort for the engineers since usually they just…

It's a good point! But vial is its own addon with other effects, and it's a bad addon at that haha. Look angle is one of my favorite stats on blight because it makes for some fun flicks, but only iri tag and adrenaline vial give it. If there were an addon that just gives increased look angle I just think that would be…

I think the animation time is implied whenever we talk about DS stun duration

260 since March 10 Both can be true

That's not true, I play a little more survivor than killer. I record all of my games on nightlight, where DS is the 10th most popular perk when I play killer. I'm surprised to see a lot of people in this thread unaware of how good and popular the perk currently is

I'm surprised to see that people didn't really hear a week or two ago that momoseventh, a comp player that mains blight, lost a 1947 game winstreak to a team running 4 OTR and 3 DS. The perk is absolutely meta even against S tiers, and if comp didn't enforce unique perks on survivors you would see it on everyone or nearly…
-
What? DS is comfortably meta at the moment. It's an S tier perk already, so that's why it's strange to see it getting buffs
-
If you think the perk is weak against S tiers or something like that, that's okay. But to say that DS isn't a great perk is just wrong. It's so weird to me that some players seem to have this misconception and I wonder if that's what led to it being buffed in the first place. It's comfortably meta right now even with the 3…

Running into this as well, here's a video if it helps at all, but it's pretty much exactly like you said. I've noticed this a couple times while running the perk: https://youtu.be/BS85ugAnbtc
