I read it correctly, what I was trying to say is that the devs themselves said that rejoining in the state you were is impossible for them to do so.

Devs just said in their most recen Q and A livestream that reconnecting to a match will not be implemented in Dead by Daylight. That would be just unfair for the killer. They also said that by being able to reconnect, you could simply disconnect before dying and they re-join and you would be alive. If a reconnection system…
