I've been playing nurse for a long time and the best build i've used is ruin, bbq and chili, make your choice and nurses calling... i sometimes swap out make your choice for whispers or shadowborn depending on how i wanna play at the moment... as for addons, the most broken i'd say is ataxic respiration and fragile…

Try ruin, bamboozle, enduring and either brutal strength/spirit fury/bbq and chili. i prefer bbq and chili so when i get tier 3 i can just go to another person right away and down them, extremely powerful build you end chases pretty fast.
