  • I noticed that the DLC was uninstalled. I went through the Xbox store and installed the missing ones and I have all of my characters again with their prestige levels. Give it a try to see if it resolves your problem.

  • I lost most of mine too. I opened a ticket and I'm hoping for the best. I have daily rituals for characters I can't use. How frustrating.
