I had to type in the address from the video that the presenter copied. It is as follows: "https://account.bhvr.com/account/my-account/games/hoy/activation?provider=stream" I typed it all in and it sent me to the page. Every time I clicked on it, I would end up on the screen you posted above. I hope this helps!
