It appears what the issue is with that challenge is that it keeps looking at skill checks on gens after the complete is registered so if you get a non great after the "complete" it resets or at least bugs out. You do not need to be on Feng to complete it. I completed it as Kate but you can't get any non great skill checks after it says "complete" or it apparently still resets but never gives more feedback on the status. So the bug is that even though it says complete it is resetting on non great skill checks.
