He doesn't need a chase buff. Watch some top performing deathslingers, especially in comp games. They're able to track and land spears pretty often, it's really not a hit or miss ability.

Noticed this as well, wondered what felt different. Surprised how this issue keeps persisting.

hatch should never be removed, in fact the idea that one survivor has a chance for a free escape should remain in the game. When the game goes south for the survs, it provides them with an objective that everyone can try for but only 1 receives the benefits of

i think she's kinda okay but its hard to deal with everyone insta-grabbing tapes

Seconded, this is still an issue after hotfix 7.1.2a.

check the dev update right before the patch. It's obvious that the patch notes didnt reflect this change.

Those photos arent that descriptive, my follow up shows the issue much better.

I want to add more to this since my thread got shut down due to duplicate, Survivor POV of stalk: Killer POV: Ghostface's model pops out even more when I can actually stalk the player. This makes lean stalking impossible to do without being easily seen and this greatly hurts the killers potential to stalk in most areas.…

I completely agree with OP; yes people think it's weak because it tends to be associated with newer players who tend to hide often, but it can be devastating in skilled hands. What's more, it just feels very unfun to play against, forcing us into disadvantageous m1 chases, where we can be countered with a simple bodyblock…

But that's not true, survivors can just run towards a pallet even if they can't directly tell your direction. And with the new gen indicators it's not hard to tell if no one else is being chased, and that they are the target. It doesn't matter if it's not used often, it still is too strong against stealth killers, even if…

That's not true, it'll light up anytime the killer is within 36m, stealth or not.

Since when? spine chill will light up anytime the killer is within 36m, stealth or not. It counters stealth killers entirely, not just a particular style of play.

I was hiding from a ghostface player and he spotted me, he told me afterwards that he was able to stalk me through objects as well. Please fix!
