It wouldn't be that strong, mainly because it is situational, as said, both killers need specific add-ons to make fake pallets, so, even if you run into 300 Freedys and Doctors, there will be only a chance that they will be using the specific add-ons. I do think perks should counter killers add-ons and powers, it happens…

I think i would be nice if the survivors can leave trough the hatch, since the killers will be able to close it now, also the hatch is the ultimate escape and since it doesn't activate the pig's trap the survivor shoud be able to leave through it asleep, also give the obssession an icon indicating that add-on is present,…

For this verson of Pharmacy, you don't need to grab the medkit in game, you can bring your own 48 charges Ranger Kit ( Kit + Gel Dressings + Gauze Roll = 24 + 10 + 8) and recharge it at a chest if you find one.

I think the 50/75/100 % wouldn't be too op because the chests are limited, and allies can open them aswell, so it is like a reward for finding a closed one, alow % wouldn't be so nice because you may not even find a chest in game.

Totally agree with you, Snap Out Of It is considered healing, i think the devs missed it when they were doing the perk interactions.
